Getting Started

How do I access my predictions?

After purchase, you’ll receive an SMS with your Account ID (e.g., C649-XXXX) and Access Code. Enter these on the Cloud649 homepage to unlock your predictions.

I didn’t receive my SMS

Wait 2–3 minutes and check your spam or blocked messages. Some carriers delay delivery briefly. If you still don’t receive it after 5 minutes, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll resend your credentials.

Can I access Cloud649 on my phone?

Yes! Cloud649 is fully responsive and works on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser. No app download is required.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Use the Ask a Question link and choose Free trial, and we’ll set up an account for you by SMS. A trial comes with a small number of credits so you can open upcoming draws and see the full system — signals, wheel generation, and ticket tracking — before deciding whether to buy anything. Trial accounts carry an expiry date, which is shown in your welcome message.

Account & Access

How many devices can I use?

Test Drive and Smart Pick tiers can access our services on 1 device at a time. Maximum Advantage users can be logged in on up to 2 devices simultaneously. If you exceed your device limit, you will be given the option to terminate your other active sessions to continue.

I lost my access code — can I recover it?

Yes. On the homepage login screen, tap “Forgot your code?” and enter the phone number you used at purchase. We’ll re-send your credentials via SMS. You can also email us for assistance.

My access code isn’t working

Double-check that you’re entering both the Account ID and the Access Code exactly as received (they are case-sensitive). If you’re a credit-pack user, verify you still have remaining credits. For subscription users, ensure your subscription is active. If problems persist, email us.

Purchases & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe’s secure payment platform. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. Cloud649 never sees or stores your credit card details. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

How do credits work?

Credits are used by credit-pack users (Test Drive, Smart Pick one-time purchases) to unlock upcoming draws. There are two unlocks, priced separately: 1 credit opens Quantum Signals and HALLEY for a draw, and 2 credits opens CONSENSUS. Unlocking a draw you hold neither on costs 3 credits and opens both. Once unlocked, you can return to that draw as many times as you like at no additional cost — re-opening is always free. Past draws that have already been scored are free for everyone and never consume credits. Credits do not expire, so you can use them at your own pace. Monthly subscriptions don’t use credits at all — every draw is open.

How do tokens work?

Tokens are Cloud649’s in-app currency for premium features beyond basic predictions. Every tier receives tokens with their purchase, and higher tiers receive more tokens at better pricing. Generating wheels, exporting them to PDF and checking results are free — tokens are for keeping something: saving tickets to your personal library, or locking a set of combinations so no other Cloud649 user can play them. Current costs are always shown in the app. Additional tokens can be purchased separately from the Token Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your account on Stripe.com, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you’ll keep access until then.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased predictions, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Understanding Cloud649

What is LIFT?

LIFT measures how much better our predictions perform compared to random chance. For example, a LIFT of 1.24x means Cloud649’s TOP 22 numbers capture 24% more winning numbers per draw than picking 22 numbers at random.

What is the TOP 22?

For each Lotto 6/49 draw, our system ranks all 49 numbers and selects the top 22 most likely to appear. By playing from this reduced set of 22 instead of all 49, you significantly improve your coverage of winning numbers.

What is a Bullseye?

A Bullseye is a number in our prediction set where 5 or more independent analytical signals converge on the same number. Bullseye numbers have historically shown elevated hit rates.

What is Wheeling?

Wheeling is a mathematical method of arranging your selected numbers into multiple interlocking ticket combinations to guarantee a minimum prize level if your numbers are drawn. It is the most powerful tool on the platform: unwheeled tickets are independent and can overlap, leaving parts of your own number pool uncovered, whereas a wheel structures them so a guarantee holds. For example, a “4-if-6” wheel guarantees that at least one of your tickets will match 4 of 6 winning numbers, provided all winners fall within your number pool. Cloud649 generates optimized wheels that can reduce the number of tickets required by up to 99% compared to covering all possible combinations, while still maintaining mathematical prize guarantees.

What is the Ticket Library?

The Ticket Library is your personal collection of saved lottery ticket sets. When you generate optimized wheels, you can spend tokens to save them to your library for easy access. Your saved tickets are stored in your account so you can quickly retrieve and reuse them for future draws without regenerating from scratch.

What are STAMPs?

STAMP stands for Signature Tier Allocation Matrix Pattern. It describes how the 6 winning numbers distribute across our prediction tiers (TOP 6, TOP 7–10, TOP 11–16, TOP 17–22) in each draw. For example, a STAMP of 2:0:2:2 means 2 winners came from TOP 6, none from TOP 7–10, 2 from TOP 11–16, and 2 from TOP 17–22. By analyzing which STAMP patterns occur most frequently in each cosmic phase, Cloud649 builds phase-specific optimized wheels that target the highest-probability distribution patterns.

What is HALLEY?

HALLEY is a second analytical lens that runs alongside our standard signals. Where the standard system asks which numbers carry the strongest signals right now, HALLEY asks which numbers persist across recent draws — a different question that surfaces a different shape of result. It publishes several fields side by side, each built on its own reasoning, so you can compare them before committing to numbers. HALLEY is available to subscribers as a preview release.

What is CONSENSUS?

CONSENSUS doesn’t ask a new question — it asks where our existing systems agree. Two independently constructed fields are compared, and the numbers appearing in both form the CORE. That agreement is the signal: a CORE number was arrived at twice, by different reasoning. Fields are published at fixed widths and timestamped before the draw, so they can never be adjusted afterwards.

What is the Portfolio?

The Portfolio is where subscribers track what they’ve played. Saved tickets can be tagged as Cash (actually purchased) or Paper (hypothetical), and the Portfolio reports spend, returns, win rate, average numbers matched per ticket, and a breakdown by prize tier — with cash and paper kept separate so the figures mean something. Paper tracking lets you test an approach thoroughly before putting any money behind it.

Do I have to check my tickets myself?

No. Subscribers can switch on auto-checking, and every saved ticket is scored against the official result after each draw, with an alert if anything hit. There’s no need to remember to come back and check.

Can I use Cloud649 for an office pool or group play?

Yes, and it’s one of the better ways to use the system. Wheel guarantees only pay off if you can afford enough tickets to satisfy the guarantee, and a group can cover a stronger wheel than most individuals would buy alone. One member builds a single field, wheels it, and exports the ticket list as a PDF for the group to buy from. A few ground rules matter: fixed contributions, a written list of who paid, one person buying, and photographs of the tickets circulated to everyone before the draw. Ask your retailer about provincial group-play paperwork before you have a winning ticket rather than after. Detailed guidance is in the in-app help for subscribers.

Does Cloud649 guarantee I’ll win?

No. Lottery draws are random events and no system can guarantee results. Cloud649 provides statistically optimized number selections based on historical pattern analysis. Our performance is publicly tracked and verifiable, but past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. Please play responsibly.

Does Cloud649 sell lottery tickets?

No. Cloud649 is a data analytics service only. To play Lotto 6/49, purchase your tickets at OLG.ca or any authorized Ontario lottery retailer.

Technical Issues

The page isn’t loading properly

Try clearing your browser cache or opening the site in a private/incognito window. Cloud649 works best on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot and your device/browser info.

I was logged out unexpectedly

Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity for security and performance. Simply re-enter your Account ID and Access Code to log back in. This is normal behaviour and protects your account.

Who We Are

Cloud649 is operated by 10015075 Canada Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian company. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website at cloud649.ca.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

Phone Number: Used solely to deliver your access credentials (Account ID and Access Code) via SMS. We do not use your phone number for marketing or share it with third parties.
Email Address: Collected during the Stripe checkout process for purchase receipts and, if needed, account recovery and support communications.
Session Data: We track basic session information (session ID, page visited, device type) to monitor site performance and enforce our 2-device limit. This data is anonymized and does not contain personally identifiable information. We do not use cookies.

Information We Do NOT Collect or Store

Credit Card Numbers: We never see, process, or store your credit card details. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.
Passwords: Cloud649 does not use password-based authentication. Access is provided through unique codes delivered via SMS.
Location Data: We do not collect or track your geographic location.
Browsing History: We do not track your activity outside of cloud649.ca.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of delivering our service:

Twilio (twilio.com) — SMS delivery of access codes
SendGrid (sendgrid.com) — Transactional email delivery

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security certifications. We do not control their data practices beyond the scope of the services they provide to us.

Data Security

All connections to cloud649.ca are encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance

Sensitive API keys and credentials are stored in secure environment variables, never in client-side code

Data Retention

We retain your account information (phone number, access code, purchase history) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service. 3. Eligibility

4. No Guarantee of Results

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cloud649 never stores your full credit card details.
Credit Packs: One-time purchases of prediction credits. Credits do not expire.
Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account on Stripe.com or by contacting Loading....
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased predictions, contact support and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Account Access

Access credentials (Account ID and Access Code) are delivered via SMS to the phone number provided at purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure.
Device limits vary by tier: Test Drive and Smart Pick tiers are limited to 1 device; Maximum Advantage tiers allow up to 2 concurrent devices.
Account sharing or resale of predictions is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, prediction models, data analysis methods, and proprietary technology on Cloud649 are owned by 10015075 Canada Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without written permission. Cloud649™ is a trademark of 10015075 Canada Inc. Proprietary methodology and technical implementation are protected as confidential trade secrets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10015075 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cloud649, including but not limited to losses from lottery play, loss of data, or service interruptions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Cloud649 may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
